About I have recently completed an internship with 100.3 The Beat in Philadelphia, PA. During my internship, I created a lifestyle feature called "The Deal with Des" for "E. Steven Live!" I wrote and produced the weekly segment to provide listeners with a current and informative weekly update that focused primarily on black entertainment, local community-related events, and news stories. I also assisted with the research and development of show ideas, booked and interviewed guests, and produced other segments for "E. Steven Live!". In addition, I learned how to edit with Vegas Video, Cool Edit, and Pro Tools while working with the Production Director.
