About For 7 1/2 years I was host of "Forever Young," a weekly talk show on San Diego's KCBQ 1170 AM focusing on issues of health, fitness, and quality of life. I am a 40-year veteran of the health and fitness industry and a nationally recognized fitness consultant. However, I can talk about anything and have a strong political "bent."

I wrote and created most of the commercials on "Forever Young" for dozens of different sponsors and have created many radio spots for other business over the years.
