Name Phil Rizzo
About I have spent 10 of the last consecutive years of my life devoted to the radio industry. I have worked tirelessly and without end to raise thousands of dollars for the station I serve. I have been on the air, behind the microphone doing my best to deliver quality radio to those in the 74th ranked market of Akron, Ohio. I have been nominated for the Marconi Award in Radio 3 years in a row.

No one has the drive and determination that I possess to continue in this industry (but at a higher level) (bigger market). With 10 years of solid experience under my belt I feel the time has come to try to advance things further. I am determined to do so. I am looking to help another station achieve their goals just as I have helped 91.3 achieve theirs.

I am proficient in Adobe Audition 3.0
I use this program daily to make and edit my voice-over work as well as the Digital Audio Delivery System via the Enco DAD Pro32 hard drive audioi system. I am a fast learner. I enthuastic about my work and I maintain high standards for myself and my final work-product. I am excited about radio and the future of radio. I am hungry for my next challange --- to push my own potential/capabilities to even higher levels.

I have learned a tremendous amount by doing, being tested under fire. I have no fear. Let's roll up our sleeves and get the job done and done right, the first time!

Positions Interested In? I'd like to focus on production. Even though for 10 years I've been on the air with a voice that is smoooooooth like butter or mantequilla if you are Latino/a.
I like to create copy, write ads and string them all together. I'd get behind the mic if you wanted me to, I have no problem doing that in English or Spanish. I've excelled at doing this for 10+ years. I want to work and work hard.
